Worship services of First Baptist Church of Dallas will be live-streamed on Fox Nation at 10 a.m. (EDT) Sundays beginning Oct. 13.
“Viewers can now tune into this service weekly to experience uplifting worship, grow in their faith with bold, biblical teaching, and be led in worship by the acclaimed and award-winning First Dallas Choir and Orchestra,” states a church press release.
Robert Jeffress, a Fox News contributor, has pastored the church for 17 years, which “holds the distinction of being America’s first mega-church, with a rich history spanning 156 years.”
“Over the years, it has welcomed numerous Presidents and Vice Presidents, including Woodrow Wilson, George H.W. Bush, Mike Pence, and most recently, Donald J. Trump, who attended the Christmas service in 2021. Dr. Billy Graham, a member for 54 years, also preached numerous times at the pulpit, further cementing First Dallas’ legacy. The President of the Southern Baptist Convention, Clint Pressley, recently stated about First Dallas that ‘If the SBC had a Notre Dame it would be First Baptist,’” the release states.
Over the years the church has built an expansive campus across six blocks in downtown Dallas which includes a 3,000-seat worship center and a seven-floor family center.
“Jeffress is a widely recognized Bible teacher and host of the nationally syndicated radio and television program, Pathway to Victory. The radio program airs on over 1,000 stations and his daily television program reaches audiences Monday through Friday on the Trinity Broadcast Network (TBN), with additional broadcasts on weekends,” according to the release. “As the highest-rated ministry program on TBN, Pathway to Victory reaches viewers in 195 countries and is available on more than 11,295 cable and satellite systems worldwide.
