Make no mistake: Joe’s record is Kamala’s record
“This year's election is about the policies that will shape the future of our nation," – Mike Huckabee

The Democratic National Convention (DNC) is an interesting gathering to watch this week in Chicago.
On the one hand supporters of President Joe Biden want to celebrate his legacy – if you consider destroying the country a legacy. On the other hand, the presumptive Presidential nominee Vice President Kamala Harris desires to distance herself from Biden’s legacy and set a new course for the future.
It won’t work. Harris’s record is Biden’s record. As she says in her own words, “I was in the room” when decisions such as the disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan were made.
The past few weeks we have witnessed fawning over Harris by the mainstream media, and it appears the DNC will only amplify it this week in the Windy City.
While Harris now says she never was the “Border Czar,” we all recall President Biden assigning her to the task, and her bizarrely laughing at a reporter’s question asking if she had been to the border – responding "no," then adding that she hasn’t been to Europe either.
There is a reason the DNC will be light on policy and heavy on “feelings” this week in Chicago. That’s because Democratic policies are unpopular and destructive to so many Americans, and run counter to their values.
Shortly before the convention kicked off on Monday a report came out that free chemical abortions – via the controversial abortion pill – were being offered at the convention by a Planned Parenthood affiliate. For Christian observers, it was a fitting announcement for a party that seems to focus much of its energies on policies of death rather than policies of life.

The undisciplined schedule on the first night of the convention exemplified the unhinged nature of today’s Democratic Party.
As the evening wore on speaker after speaker – including Hillary Clinton, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, and others – paraded to the podium to praise Harris, the Democratic Party's role in history, and why Democrats need to save democracy. President Biden, the headliner for the evening, did not speak until after 11 p.m. Central after many Americans were already in bed. In the speech, Biden made sure to connect Harris to every major policy of the Biden Administration.
Mike Huckabee, former Baptist pastor, Arkansas governor, and presidential candidate, told Newsmax starkly, “This year's election is about the policies that will shape the future of our nation.”
“If they want more inflation, runaway immigration, and a mess all over the world, it’s simple, vote for Harris,” remarked Huckabee. “If they would like to get back where they can afford bread, butter, and bacon, vote for Donald Trump.”
Huckabee noted that protesters gathered outside the convention center are supporters of Hamas, and say they aim to free Palestine. Ironically, the gay rights they also champion would not be tolerated in the largely Muslim population of Palestine.
The protesters are “useful idiots who don't even know what they are protesting for,” he added.
“The point is these are the Democrats angry at their own party because it is not radical enough, and it is pretty dog gone radical – so the Democrats have a problem with that," Huckabee said.
