Southern Baptist pastor Ed Young calls President Biden 'godless' in sermon April 14

“In the most critical moment perhaps ever in the history” of the United States, says the pastor.

Ed Young, the senior pastor of Second Baptist Church of Houston, made the remarks during a message delivered hours after Israel faced attacks from Iran. The 87-year-old Southern Baptist told his predominantly white, conservative-leaning congregation that they’re “in the most critical moment perhaps ever in the history” of the United States. “Our godless president and his entourage has led in countless millions into our land without having an idea of who they are, where they come from,” Young said.
