That's nonsense. President Biden has the right to pardon whomever he chooses. Just like Mr. Trump did at the end of his first term as president. There is no difference. If it's okay for Mr. Trump to pardon that bunch of law-breakers he pardoned, then I see no problem with Mr. Biden pardoning his only son.
